There are three drivers that have been used with the Pro 4 systems over the years. Depending on the age and service record will determine the video capture device. There is no 2007 or 2011 version.
1. Kworld REV A
a. Majority of all control panels will have this device installed from 2009 until replaced in 2015.
b. This device will show up as 2861 and USB Capture Device in the Windows device manager.
c. This will work with W7 and W10. d. This device is no longer stocked.
2. Kworld REV D
a. Used from 2015 to 2017.
b. This device will show up as 28262 and 2826x in the Windows device manager.
c. This will work with W7.
d. This device is no longer stocked.
3. StarTech
a. Since 2018 ,all new Pro 4 control panels (standard, IP65, and Ultra) will have the StarTech installed.
b. This device will show up as 2861 and 2861 in the Windows device manager.
c. This device is not designed to work with W7 computers. This device is supported for W10 based computers only.
d. StarTech (W10 2004) update – fhis is an add-on update to the existing StarTech driver if the computer has been updated to W10 2004 or higher. This driver update is only required for StarTech.
