Using a 1.5mm Allen wrench, loosen, but DO NOT remove the set screw on the end of the manipulator ram:
Next , using a 2.5mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the main pin that is fastened into the ram through the 2 jaws. Be sure not to lose the 2 fiber washers which lay in the insert of the thin jaw:
Finally, using a 2mm Allen wrench, remove the 2 pins holding each of the individual jaw sides to the manipulator body. The jaw sides should pull out of their slots.
The removal process is complete. Re-assemble in the opposite sequence.
